How do you stop V6.x asking for F2 during reboot?

During reboots V6.x asks for a F2 key to be pressed, as I remove the keyboard and display this is a pain in the network.

It doesn't happen under V5.206 or any of the previous versions of V5 I used.

    Hello!
    If the F2 worries you during startup/reboot, I guess you are having problem related to the BIOS settings. All you have to do is sit on your Astaro system with Display and Keyboard attached to it. Start it and access it's BIOS, go to the BIOS and disable the option for POST error pause and Logging. This way, when no keyboard, video, mouse or such device is attached to your Astaro box, there won't be any post error pauses.
    Also if you are using the newer system for your Astaro box, there is a pre-boot display where you have to disable the F2 display, just in case you are getting that, let me know!
    In case you need more help regarding this, let me know and I will tell you specifically which options to disbale in your BIOS. For that let me know your BIOS version.

    Guys, you missed one point in my original post, it didn't happen under V5.206.
    Now there is a possibility something reset itself in the BIOS when I changed a very noisey vibrating drive before upgrading to V6. Last time I did some work on removing a drive the BIOS reset itself totally.
    Tomorrow when I have the network to myself I will have a look at the bios settings.
    I suspect it might be the pre-boot display I am having a problem with. The firewall gets to a point and sits with "Press F2" to continue. Why was this introduced in V6? [:S]

    The only thing I am aware of is the "Press F2 for verbose mode" when it shows the bootsplash. Are you sure this isn't what you are talking about? This is the only thing introduced, and it still works without a keyboard or monitor connected.

    I will have  a look at the BIOS tomorrow. It most definitely hung during boot until I  pressed F2. It was part the way through and was sitting there waiting for a keypress.
    I had already re-booted because it was taking too long then connected the keyboard and screen back to see what was happening.
    The cause of the reboot was a spontaneous crash during configuration, it also happened during V5. I just have to learn to configure it slowly.
    From what I have seen of V6 so far it will meet my requirements, which v5 didn't. Now to get my licences working fully.

    Checked the BIOS, looked okay, but went through and made sure everything was set. Worked okay after the keyboard was removed.
    But I think there is a bug in the bIOS and will see if there is a newer version available. The memory test just runs and runs after a re-start.
