Hardware Poll

I think it would be very interesting to know what kind of hardware are used by the Astaro-community. I mean cpu-speed, cpu-brand, cpu-type, RAM-size in relation to number of users, .........

    As others have noted SMP is missing from poll.
    With one of V6 main upgrades being dual CPU and hyperthreading support, it should have definately been included.
    Anyway, we are using dual Zeon 3GHz CPU's with 2GB of ram. Along with mirrored 74GB 10k SATA drives using a 3Ware 9500S-4LP raid card with 128MB on-board ram. It may be over-kill, but this thing is screaming fast! And will not have to be upgraded for a looong time (I hope). Can't wait to get full blown 1.5M T-1!

    IMHO, if a similar poll would have been initiated by someone with in-depth knowledge of Astaro V5 V6 V7 (maybe PatrickS), the poll would certainly have been more complete. 

    Unfortunatly it seems the Poll can't been modified anymore once submitted (even not the descriptions)
