v5 and v6 License Counting

I know the license couting on v5 was never enforced. Is this now being enforced with the new release of v6?

Our company has recently grown by a small amount and I need to purchase more licenses. I was just wondering if I need to purchase them before I attempt to install v6.

New licenses are created normally within 1-2 business days.
So if you want to go sure, upgrade your licenses to the next size, and upgrade within the next 4-5 days.
