What the F... - Invalid license on ASG110

Hi

Have set up an ASG110 - installed the license, and everything worked fine.
Then I came back to the ASG a month later. And when I try to login to the ASG through the WebAdmin - is says that the license has expired.
If I try to install the correct license again - in results in an error saying that the license is either invalid, or cannot be used on this type of hardware.

Does anyone have any good input on this????

Check the date at the ASG.

Hi christianB,

I had the same problem when I did reset to factory default on my ASG 110.
Check the content of /etc/asg. If you find ASG_VERSION=”120” you must change to ASG_VERSION=”110”.

Hi All

As mdallagi replied - the solution to the problem in this case, was to edit etc/asg to 110 instead of 120.

The same solution was given by Astaro support.

So thanks to mdallagi .
