ASG 110 reset?

I recieved an ASG 110 and was initially impressed.  One issue..the machine was not reset before shipment to me.  HOw do i perform a factory reset on the 110 when i do not have the previous information?

*BTW this is an evaluation machine that i have for a temporary eval period*

    Astaro came through nicely.  It was a bit of an internal miscommunication which has been resolved.
