What size license do I need

If I have 5 real IP on my external interface (where I bind all 5 of my useable IP to my external interface), 2 private IP in my LAN segment (workstation), and 15 private IP in my DMZ.  I will be doing a lot of NATing between my external interface and the DMZ (I will place my DNS, WEB, SMTP, etc in my DMZ).  How many IP license do I really need?  Since I am NATing between my external and DMZ, wouldn't the count there be 5 + 2 private workstation, or would it be 5 + 15  + 2 private
