can i fix it with physical access to the server without reinstalling ASL ?

i have no web admin access ......

Yes you can. Edit /etc/wfe/conf/settings file and look under:

[ssh_networks]
Any

[webadmin_networks]
Any

This will allow ANY to connect to SSH and webadmin, so login immediately and correct them.
