Firewall Stops VPNs after Licence Massage

Hi,

is it possible, that our Firewall stops the VPNs between our Networks because our Licence is only for 10 User and we have 20?? They arent log in into the same time. Every Time one Minute after i get the Licence Massage the VPNs stops and only rebuild if i start the Firewall manuell.

I can only guess the answer is yes. Thelicense counts do not clear until 30 days with no activity on each license have gone by. Since you are manually restarting the firewall you are resetting the licnese counters.

No,
if you make only a restart of the Firewall box the counters are not set back. The set back of the licensecounter is a specially feature wich is followed by a reboot.
