No response on license renewal...

I understand us home user/hobbyists aren't exactly the the most important thing on Astaro sales minds, but last Friday I purchased/renewed my subscription pack for the year, and the order went through fine, but I received no notice/email with my renewal key.  I have sent three emails into support/sales and support is very quick to respond that they will forward the request on, but apparently the folks responsible for leanshop aren't responding... [:(]
Anyone else deal with this?
