Security Gateway License

I bought an Astaro Security Gateway (model 120) which includes a temporary 7 days license,  I also paid for three years up2date extension.
I tried to register at my.astaro.com the license ID shown in the "Licensing" section  without any success.
How can I obtain the correct license ID ?
