Interface bandwidth not showing v5.100

All our bandwidth usage graphs are flat-lined.

Any idea where we can find the problem ?

Did you change the system time?
Is the SNMP daemon running?
Check the Logging,Reporting,Accounting and Notifications board here in the UBB, this question has been asked by a few users in the last months...
