Memory

In Webmin, the memory used is 250 M, and in the console is:

asl:/etc # free -m
             total       used       free     shared    buffers     cached
Mem:           503        487         16          0        131         74
-/+ buffers/cache:        281        221
Swap:         1027         11       1015

Is my ASL server with little memory or not ?

Looks like you have 503MB and discounting buffering and caching, you're using about 1/2.

Swap is only 11MB, which is excellent.

So, you should be fine.

barrygould is correct. However I would point out that if you have a slow HD thgis may affect performance if you are using the SWAP
