Hello,

I know the Leonshop and already bought home users license.
I ´m also willing to pay a small fee for IDS ... but still no reply.

Very sad about it. Simply ignorance isn´t that good for.
I´d like to have a statement or just a simple mail taht my request is being forwarded for a.e.

just to update everybody on that topic, 
unfortunatly the product description of our Home User Online Shop is not 100% correct, 
the Intrusion Protection Subscription is currently missing.
I appologize for that, the upgrade key you can purchase there for ASL V5  does not only activate VP mail, VP web and SP, but also IP.

Everybody who is interrested in extending his free IPS license can use this online shop to do so.

And because i assume the question will come up:
No, we will not offer individual home user upgrades for each subscription, 
the home user bundle is the only product we sell and one price fits all. 

I hope this makes it better understandable to all of you.

What about my license? My VP/SP is valid until 06/14/2005.
What can I do, cause I don ´want to wait till my SP/VP expires. This would be 4 months later than expiration of IPS!

But I don ´t want to wait so long.
Is there an other way.

BTW i ´m going to renew my home user license when it expires in June.

i did and got this :

Intrusion Protection:     Valid from 04/04/2004 until 04/04/2005         
       
Up2Date Service:     Valid from 04/04/2004 until 04/04/2007         
       
Surf Protection:     Valid from 01/12/2005 until 01/12/2006         
       
Virus Protection for Mail:     Valid from 01/12/2005 until 01/12/2006    
 
Virus Protection for Web:     Valid from 01/12/2005 until 01/12/2006


so why is the IP not upgraded at my box ? did i miss something ?

Same thing here. I bought the bundle and it updated all the dates for VP SP and Web Protection but did not update the expiration of the IPS. Was there a I bought this about a month ago. Did they miss it back then and if so How can I get a Key that upgrades the IPS also.

Same for me. I have a valid home user subscription bundle, purchased mid-2004. This  updated all of my subscription licenses except IPS. My IPS expires today. All my other subscription licenses are good until at least August 2005.

I sent a E-Mail to supportus@astaro.com and sent them a copy of my key and they corrected the key withen about 1 hour. I was then able to download the key again and the IPS was set to expire when the rest of the Home Bundle expires. Case closed. Thanks Support

Sent email to support on Friday and they fixed my key this morning. Now I have a valid IPS license for another year.
