we're using Nagios for monitoring some Astaro-Firewalls. We have _not_ installed any plugins on the ASLs, but monitoring default services as HTTPS / SMTP, etc. works without problems .. Furthermore ASL v.5 reports insufficient harddisk space, etc. itself so we had no need to install anything ..
