New Feature - Auto-Refresh Proxy Content Manager

It would be very nice if the Proxy Content Manager would automatically refresh when the page is loaded or after any action is taken (i.e. Force Delivery, Delete).  Having to click on the button to refresh the page after doing this or when you come to the page after changes have been made is an unnecessary step and should seemingly be an easy thing to implement.  Thanks, and I hope you're able to add this.

    It is maybe not an unneccessary step.
    Let me (try) to provide an example:

    Checking the content manager, it contains about 200 mails.
    So this would be about 10 pages, 20 mails per page (or some more, don't matter).
    If i use the "Show all" button, i would loose the overview.

    Let's say there are about 20 false positives which i want to deliever to the recipients.
    So i check first page and mark 3 mails to deliver.
    Afterwards i can go directly to page 2 without (!) doing a refresh.
    After checking all 10 pages i can do a refresh and see if there are still some mails.

    IF the content manager would refresh automatically:
    I need to count the number of deleted or delivery forced mails, 
    because after selecting the action they would dissapear on the screen and the firewall would move 
    mails from page 2 to page 1 (to fill up the 20 lines per page).

    So for me the caching is a useful feature and not a bug  [;)]
    It depends on the point of view.
