Knowledgebase and Firefox

Hi,

I have problems accessing the knowledgebase with firefox 1.0.

When I try to access the knowledgebase, I receive at once a blank screen and the status bar marks 'ready'.
The firefox is in original condition, no disabling anything.

With IE there is no problem.

Does anybody know, where to tweak firefox?

Hi there,

this can happen with firefox if you do not go to the initial start page.
please go to: http://www.astaro.com/kb/ with your firefox,
it will work from there.

did that help?

I have no problems on kb. Could this be a Cookie problem?

the problem here is that our knowledgebase is a hosted edition of knowledgebase.net and www.astaro.com/kb is only a "frame" around it. You have to accept cookies from portal.knowledgebase.net

Thanks Andy,

that did the trick. I only allowed cookies from the origin site.
But that was the default when I installed firefox.
