alicd not running - restarted

i receive this massage nearly every hour. I don't know what the message means. doe's anybody knows about this message?

which version of ASL are you using?

Is it an HA - System ?

My Astaro Box also gives the same error message emailed to me every hour...I think alicd is related to Astaro License Daemon but it is linked to a very unusual problem: check out the following post https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/52/t/28970
