Licensing Issues

I have purchased ASL 50 users, ARM and ASC 5 users.
My reseller has entered my license keys into their portal and has been sending me the license files...is this standard procedure?  They have less idea than I do and I would prefer to look after this myself...secondly they have sent me the serial for ARM that they obtained from their myastaro portal and when trying to install ARM it says that this is an invalid serial...any ideas...I will also email astaro directly to follow this up with them.

    We inform our customers about the registration and ask if they want to do the registration by themself or if they prefer that we do the registration for them. I think it is the better way, so its the customers choice.

    Thanks for the replies, I have received a response from Astaro...and they have informed me that the Partners look after the licensing...I would have prefeedr the choice.  Good to see they do back their partners though...from the partners point of view...will leave it at that
