hyperdyper??

Hi,

do anybody know who the hyperdyper daemon is? 

[INFO-118] hyperdyper daemon not running - restarted

    The strange thing is, we have no content filtering enabled!
    But the process is quiet again...

    Having this error message several times a day. We are using the http proxy with SP and AV. Even with 5.027!

    is it still happening in version 5.100? if yes we would be very interested in debugging the problem onsite. We are looking for affected installations since we are not able to reproduce restarting hyperdyper processes in our labs. If you want to support us please contact support@astaro.com in order to exchange login data.

    Yes it is still happening in 5.100   [:(]
    The "Hyperdyper" Daemon is restarted on our system 3-4 times a day...
    We are running Astaro 5.100 with HTTP-Proxy and surf protection.

    Happening on mine with V5.102, its only a home system so would be happy to play around with it for debugging.

    Oliver,

    I just upgraded (begrudgingly) from 5.027 to 5.100 then up to 5.102. For the first time ever I received the hyperdyper daemon error. I also am having all kinds of intermittent and erratic problems pulling down email with POP3 proxy since the upgrade. [:(]

    Hence my aversion to upgrading to the latest version.
