Is there a chance to add a "hack" section and if, who to contact to update this?

I will look into the cookie issue and what can be done. As far as having a "hack" section I have to say no, the knowledgebase follows our support policy "No CLI changes" and will only cover supported features and actions.

I have cookies enabled for "Originating web site only" in Mozilla, and it does not work. (Mozilla 1.7.3 WinXP)

You have to allow cookies from portal.knowledgebase.net, we use their solution to provide the knowledgebase and www.astaro.com/kb references back to http://portal.knowledgebase.net

OK, adding that site to my allowed cookies overrides the "originating site" setting and fixes the problem.
