    at installation -> up2date is:
    The reason System Up2Dates are not applied automatically is that certain Up2Dates require a restart of parts of the system, (or the entire system) which should be done at a time with low traffic.

     maybe therefore a timebased installation option would be helpfull.
    e.g. u2date installation @ 11:00pm

    or you should say, that it should be applied manually due to some possible instabilities of some up2dates.
