blocking ips

I was wondering if any of you know how to block an IP. I want to be able to block ips that I type in for reasons of many. The ips I want to block are internet ips.

just define an host or network -> go to packetfilter and block this ip or network .

It wont allow me to manually type in an IP address to block.
I also havent figure out how to make a group for rules.

Add a new host in Network Definitions, and enter the IP.

Then, you can create a new group there also.

Then, you can block that group on the PacketFilter page.
