dyndns.conf - dyndns daemon not running!

Even after a simple modification to the dyndns.conf to dyndns-custom dyndns updating crashes.   I've been having this issue for way to long now.   Waiting until they fix this simple issue is making me crazy.   Hopefully if enough people are using dyndns.conf and bitching enough maybe we could have this fixed ASAP.  Need this resolved.


Making changes to dyndns.conf is simple but Astaro always over writes it now.   I'm ready to make some major modifications but I don't want to void support.  It's just to simple not to fix.  


It's driving me CrAzy!!

these service restarts have been around for a while...which version of v5 are you running?  if not 5.026 install it..[:)]

Simple modification fixed it. chmod dyndns.conf.  I also changed the dyndns.conf to perform multiple domain host names to update IP for multiple services ftp.domain.com, mail.domain.com, etc.  hee hee it's working great now.

Just sick of waiting.
