Going back to 5.022 from 5.024, Easily??

I am seriously thinking of moving bcak to 5.022 just like FN-Eagle. I've had to reboot 5.024 WAY too may times since upgrading a few days ago. POP3 mail Proxy gets too slow sometimes, HTTP Proxy too. And don't get me started on the WebAdmin interface, 50% of the time I have to wait anywhere from 30-60 seconds for anything to happen once I've clicked on something. Sometimes even longer!   
Then I reboot, and it's fine for awhile. Today it's almost made it all day without slowing down 

Anyway, if I want to go back to 5.022, am I correct that the only way to do this is to re-install, and then setup from scratch?

Don't get me wrong, it's nice when it works. But for this kind of money, I would think it would be a little more stable!!!

    You need make a backup of system, save the config file, re-install ASL with the new ISO, import the backup.
    Your problem is strange, with the new patch I see only improvement of speed - without any problem.
    Maybe a fresh installation could be solve your problem. The operation is easy and very quick!

    So it is possible to use the config file from ver 5.024 for the earlier ver 5.022? That's actually what my question boils down to. I have already done the backup, I just was not sure if the config file was backwards compatible or not.

    i've made a test-lab with a backup of ASL V5 running a 5.025 to a fresh installation on a 5.022 (ISO Image) and seem work all! (all features active). Is your configuration a import from a V4? There are some problem if you made a import with first version of ASL V5.

    I actually started with a fresh ISO of 5.023, then upgraded to 5.024 from there. Both are buggy in different ways. But I've heard a few people say that 5.022 is pretty stable, so I was going to give it a try.
