Home User Licenses

Anyone else buy a home license pack from their online shop and get hosed?

I bought mine last week, and didn't get anything.  No email, no license, nothing.

I checked my account, and they sure took the money, but I didn't get my subscription license.  I emailed them like 6 times, and I have yet to get a response.  I guess all I can assume at this point is that it is a scam.

    no scam invloved.  I have noticed they have been taking quite a bit oftime to respond with the  problems v5 isn having.  Have you tried calling?

    Can't you get the home licenses free of charge? You can use 10 IP's through the FW and have 3 adaptors, with V5 anyway... It's all done through MyAstaro.

    it may be that the e-mail their shop sends was caught somewhere as Spam or whatever... Would suggest to send your details to support. Sure they will care about your issue.

    Things like this happening and long delays sometimes on requests for license keys can't be helping either.
