Is ASL affected in this manner?

I have been having DNS problems with my Win2K3 servers not responding to MX records.

Is Astaro affected as per this MS KB article???

    Well, I have only a partial answer:

    Since I've switched to Astaro, my exhancge server has had intermittant problem sending mail to SOME recipient. There was nothing consistant and nothing really logical: the event log would list a DNS failure but Ethereal would show a perfectly shaped DNS query and answer going back and forth.

    I managed to solve that by forcing the exchange server to use th Astaro DNS proxy to resolve external MX and it solved my problem.

    Now, I say that it's an incomplete answer since it show a problem similar to yours but it doesn't really make sense...

    Now, it would be nice to have an answer to your question...
