Feature Request: admin tunable http proxy timeout.

I'm fully are of this thread discussing problems and hacks to the http proxy timeout values.  However an update from Astaro may wipe out this config file change.

I suggest that a proxy timeout value be configurable by the site admin via webadmin.  I constantly get time timeouts when using sourceforge.net

    Same for specifying max memory usage and maximum object size for squid(aka ipcop and smoothwall) from inside the webadmin without having to hack the system...as it stands it is at defaults which is little file smaller than 50K...Since modding mine windoers updates go much faster(wince i raise dmy limits to 300 megs)...
