I e-mailed to sales@astaro.com about upgrade license.
I want to upgrade license from 50ip's to 100 ip's.

I e-mailed on 08/06/2004, but NO response from astaro.
finally we received license exceeding notify from our astaro box!
I'm confusing.. we WANT TO BUY the License! but NO RESPONSE from them!

    I would be a little more understanding about people's Email response patterns of behavior, given the spam problem. Public Email addresses like that get swamped with crap, and filters sometime accidentally knock out valid mail.

    Have you tried phoning them??
