A setting for linear/logarithmic scaling of RRDtool graphs.

This would greatly improve legibility of graphs and allow one to see small amounts of traffic that would otherwise get wiped out when large spikes occur.

    FYI, we reported the spikes in the graphs directly to Astaro engineering yesterday, and they logged in to some firewalls we manage and confirmed that this is an issue.  The issue was elevated and sent on to Germany for the developers to address.  Hang in there....
