Feature request: Validate backup

After having had problems with backup files which did not had all parts (files), specially storage.xml, included it would be good to implement a function which validates a backupfile before sending with e-mail or allow saving.

After my experience, it’s not possible to trust the generated backupfiles.

    I had such a case once before that the storage.xml wasn't included in a backupfile. We have changed the backup creation process accordingly to avoid this bad behaviour in the future (Release 5.018). An easy check is the backup filesize, a correct backup file is round about 100KB (depends on the number of configured defs). Since storage.xml ist the largest file a corrupt backup is significantly smaller ~ 30KB.
