I guess most corporate users have Outlook for an email client.
If you reversed the order of the first 2 paragraphs in the email, you would be able to see all your events in autopreview mode without having to open each email. Autopreview mode displays a couple of lines of text from the start of each email and is much safer than using preview mode. It may sound a trivial request but an untuned evaluation here is putting out 40 alerts a day. An alternative would be an option to turn off that 'A packet was identified...' paragraph.
