Kernel patches in ASL

Hi,

what patches have been applied to the ASL kernel? and more important, where can I get them? Or is there a source-package of the ASL kernel somewhere available?

ASL support was not much help on this, so please, someone tell me...

    You have to pay a small fee to Astaro to get access to the Astaro kernel source, (those parts that are free under the GNU license).  Parts which have been modified/are new creations, the source is not available.

    The Astaro linux kernel is a custom hardened compile.  Patches to various components are usually released within a few days of a vulnerability being found.

    am I totaly stupid... GPL says that the source has to be included with the product, or has to be handed out on request. WITHOUT any further payments.
    So, shouldn't they be either releasing the kernel source with ASL (would make sense...) or give it to you/me for free??

    Well.. actually you are wrong.

    Right at the end of Section 1:

    You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and you may at your option offer warranty protection in exchange for a fee. 

    If you don't believe me, read it for yourself at  GNU.ORG

    EDIT: Not quite sure what this is, just found it on the ASL download site. It is in a GPL folder.
