5.012 dead after loading new license

I just switched out my soon-to-expire Power User license with a Home user license on 5.012, and now it seems to have died.

I can ping it, but no services are up (SSH, webmin, NAT, ...)

I can't reboot it from here, but has anyone else experienced this?

If no services up for long time (webmin, ssh) to connect the asl you should call a person who reset it!?!

in the pass i had also a strange problem with license, but i was aible to connect via ssh and do a health-boot.

Well, it was still down when I got back, so I hit the reset button (as I don't have a console on it), and it is OK now.
