ASL v5.011 now unresponsive

I've had ASL running for the past month without any issues (Up2Dates and all). I use PPTP to connect to remotely administer ASL as well as my other machines behind ASL. I went into the IPS rules and tried to change an FTP rule from alert to drop and EVERYTHING stopped responding. PPTP disconnected, It doesn't route POP3 or FTP traffic, and PPTP won't reconnect. It doesn't even begin to connect. It's been like this for 30 minutes now. The thing is, I'm 300 miles from home and can't reboot the machine.
Has anyone else experienced this type of problem?
