Unstable

I am currently testing an install of ASL v5 (25 user  office edition). I am having all kinds of problems with stability. I can use webadmin one second, the next it stops responding. The same things happens when browsing the net through the firewall. All I have to do is reboot the firewall and everything begins to work again for a short time. I am using a very basic configuration.

    There are some known issues with the current release that Astaro is busting their butt to fix asap, but before we take any of that into consideration, what's the specs of the hardware you're running it on?

    I am running on a dell 4600i P4 2.8ghz with 1gb RAM. 2 Linksys 10/100 adapters, 1 SMC 10/100 adapter, 1 Dell (Intel) built-in 10/100/1g adapter, and a 200gb PATA drive.

    The hardware looks excellent, unless someone else picks up on an incompatibility and posts their thoughts.  Back to ASL:  are you running the latest version (5.011)?  If so, was this a clean install from scratch, or did you install and import a version 4 configuration?  Also, tell me more about your installation -- how is the HTTP proxy configured, etc.  If you want, I'd be happy to take a remote look at your settings.  My email address is steve@officedefender.com, or you can call on 866-888-2898 - you'll need to create a temporary webadmin login for me.
