Feature request: PPTP MPPC

It would be great if ASL supported MPPC compression over PPTP. The code for this is available on the web here:-

    Protocol-Reject for unsupported protocol 0x2145

    I'm trying to test is with the latest patch, but as yet haven't had time to install 2.6.5. I'm using the ck-sources kernel at 2.6.4 currently.....

    Actually I'm not ! I'm connecting from a Windows XP PC and not getting any compression over the ASL PPTP VPN  ! If I connect to an MS PPTP VPN server I get about 20-30% compression down stream and 30-50% compression up stream. I wasn't aware there was a problem with the Linux PPTP client, but if it fixes that too it would be a real bonus !
