Astaro 4 and DynDNS.org for a Newbie

Hello

I have one big problem.

I have set up an Astaro Version 4. Now I need the DynDNS Function.
I have downloaded the following files:

ez-ipupdate
dyndns.conf
dyndns

So now my problem, i don't know what to do with it.

Please could somebody tell me how it works. But please tell me as sipmple as possible, because I am no Linux Professional.

The best were if you could give me an Instruction at a step by step princip.

take a look at the mini_howto_dyndns.txt included in dyndns.tar.gz wich could be downloaded from http://docs.astaro.org/older_versions/ASL-V3.2/docs_v3/hacking/
