We have upgraded from a V4 license to a V5 license and received a new license key. Due to the unresolved issues with V5, we are still not using the new version on our productive system.
When the "old" license subscription (50 IP Professional) expired in the mean time, daily notifications were sent that the license expired. We inquired with Astaro sales that our new V5 key (that has been paid for) could also be used with the "old" V4 ASL.
The system accepted the new key, notifications regarding the expired stopped immediately, and ASL is humming along happily.
The only problem is that all new notifications show the license type as being an "Evaluation License"???!
Are there any implications with this (i.e. restrictions regarding #of connections etc.)?? (astaro?)
