Astaro license

Hi,

I have just enquiry pricing for astaro and found that it is
very very expensive compare with other. Astaro is using
linux os how i can be so expensive? [:O]ore
cheaper and easy to use. some more no user licence limited.

    Yes, Astaro uses Linux underneath, much (but not all) of which is essentially free, but it's the dev time and expertise you pay for.... and you get what you pay for. v5 is quite new, and so is still having a couple of items ironed out, but when it reaches the stability  that v4 had (and I'm confident that it will, v4 went through a similar phase when it came out IIRC), it will rock, just like v4 does.

    If, by MSISA you mean that half arsed attempt at a firewall from M$, I (personally) wouldn't put that between the worlds nasty elements and my network for all the tea in China.

    All IMHO, of course!

    Sorry but
    ISA Server is a software which will be installed an a  windows server. 

    I wouldn´t trust these MS products on a security platform at all.
    Sure it´s my opinion.
