Problem with suthdown

when i put this in the shell "shutdown -h now", i reboot the system, and in the webmin, when i shutdown the system, the system reboot.

what is the problem ??

    Sounds to me more like a BIOS setting.
    Did you had a look in the BIOS?

    I had simillar problem with one Windows mashine. At the end it showed up, that NIC was bringing up computer every time I shut it down. Also changing settings in BIOS didn't help.

    BTW, if you need to do something on HW of FW, then you are anyway there and you can shut it down manualy; otherwise it is anyway the best if FW is on all the time
