How to ftp

How external user connect to internal pc ?
eg. for internal machine 192.1.1.54
what you will type, ping or FTP or Telnet ?

External CMD>> ft p 192.1.1.54 ????
or anything else ??

You need to set up a NAT and a Packet Filter rule to allow traffic on FTP ports to pass to and from your internal PC. (192.1.1.54?)
External clients then connect to your external interface address.
