you didn't state if this was inbound, or outbound, so I'm assuming outbound: if you have not already done so, you will need to create a service definition for 1414 either tcp, udp or both. then, create the relevent definitions for the source and destination ip hosts/networks if not already in existance, and then you can go to packet filter/rules and select the definitions there to allow the traffic. if inbound, the same applies, but there are additions depending on things like if you're using masq etc etc.
You define the port that you want to open as a service in Webadmin.
Then you use the service that you defined in a NAT rule, mapping it from the external interface of your ASL box to your Internal machine that is hosting the service.
