I have noticed that my "performance" is lower when running ASL v5.006.
When I run a speed test by downloading and uploading files I get slower results when using ASL V5.
My DSL service is supposedly 6Mbits/768
I typically see 5Mbits and 500Kb up...
But when I test with ASL its more like 4.8Mbits and 430Kbits ... If I drop a Linksys router in place I get 4.9 and 500Kbits.. I really don't care about the difference betwen the 4.8 and 4.9 but for my upload direction every bit helps.
Does anybody have data on the performance comparisons between ASL V4 and V5?
