I purchased the Virus Scan license around March '04. At the time, the info for my email addy was incorrect(outdated) and i never received my key from the ask.de website. Several emails to either ASL support or ask.de customer service have either gone unanswered or simply replies saying contact ask.de. Does anyone know how to contact the proper person/channel to either get a refund or get the proper license key. I see now that there's a home user license for v.5 and if possible i'll probably upgrade the key to the new license. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
