Home User Subscription

I have registered my home user license on 25th April 2004. But in my license description Intrusion Protection is NOT included. According to the newest posting on the Announcements list it should be included. Is there anything I have to do?

    I think you hafta log back into My.Astaro and re-download the updated license. The new license should have IPS Support.

    mykh is correct.  a new license was created by Astaro which you do indeed need to download from your myastaro account

    I have also done as suggested but from the start the myastaro page indicates its still not active, attempting to donwload and install the updated file yeilds the same results.  I sent out an email to astaro on this issue, they replied asking for a copy of my license.  I complied but have no received a respone back at this moment in time.
