Accounting not running

QVICIO
When i active Accounting, asl ( V4 ) send me this e-mail:

"Accounting not running"

Where is the mistake ?

    you have to have a ton of traffic going through the asl 4 box in order for accounting to work at all..unless you are a large enterprise just leave this off to avoid this notice.
