New forums - bug.

The new forum look is great, but it is not remembering which posts I've read and which I haven't.

Often I go to a post marked as unread only to realise I've already read it. Getting confusing ! [:)]

This thread was automatically locked due to age.

Some more info on the forum bug.

Once I read a thread, and then someone posts an addition to the thread, it marks all the older messages in the thread as new. (After the initial posts).

I have the same problem. It does not even metter if I am using IE 6.0 or Mozilla.

This forum bug is driving me nuts !!!

To add some more troubles with UBB!

If I use UBB on 2 different computers (job and home) then it does not even remember that I read whole thread alredy on other computer, what was working perfectlly OK on old board.

Yes same here, whole threads are marked as unread.

I'd prefer we just go back to the old forum style which worked perfectly.

Now I have to pay atention at the list of posts how many are new posts and I scrol then to the last and begin count from back.
This is the only way not to read everything x times :-)

In last days it happens to me that sometimes it is working as it should unde IE, while on Mozilla there is no way to work.
So far I could not isolate thing which could make UBB to work.

Hi,
with mozilla 1.6 there are display failures with buttons in writing new posts in ie on the same machine no probs.

nope....still glitchy here...sometimes it will remember what I've read. Others, all messages are unread...
