v5 Licensing Problem

I have created and downloaded a v5 lic. file but I am unable to  install it. I uploaded it via the webinterface then it says something like "wait up to 60 secs". afterwards i get thrown back to the licence overwiev screen and nothing changed. I only see the 7 day trial user there - what did i wrong?

    Try to download it again. Have you a licence for v4 before? If you have licence for v4 you must convert it to v5 licence.

    No, it's a brand new Home User Licence. Re-downloading and installing didn't help.
