Licensed users IP's

Today some strange IP's appeared in the Licensed user's IP's (V5). One of them: 80.55.199.58. This is not a public ip of mine, nor a private. What's happening? [:S]

i have the same thing i'm at 509 used licenses now. [:(]
and i have no idea what is cousing it.

I tried to reset the user ip listing using the button on the webadmin page. It didn't work. The system should reboot according to the online help. It doesn't. I rebooted manuallly. The IP's are still there [:S]
