mega logging

The packet filterlog constantly logs my traffic when i am logoged into webmin..this makes hte logs grow huge here is what hte line looks like:
2004:04:01-13:28:17 (none) kernel: ACCEPT: IN=eth0 OUT= MAC=00:20:78:11:00:e9:00:04:61:47:22:7e:08:00 SRC=192.168.0.20 DST=192.168.0.1 LEN=48 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=128 ID=24739 DF PROTO=TCP SPT=3534 DPT=443 WINDOW=65535 RES=0x00 SYN URGP=0

I have tried internal address-internal network-any allow with logging turned off
I have tried internal network-internal address-any-allow logging off
I have tried 192.168.0.20(my machines static ip)-internal address-any-allow with logging off..the packet filter stilll logs this away.  Is there a way to turn this off?

95% of the log is webmin activity(i  have it up as i tweak ASL5 and try it out)
